During these unusual circumstances, OneLux remains steadfast in our dedication to supporting our guests and remaining flexible in the ever changing environment. The health and safety of our staff and guests remains paramount, and as such, in the event the experience is unable to proceed, we will work with you to reschedule the experience to a later date when appropriate. Terms & Conditions

Dates and prices are identified by the website.
Valid for travel from 23 October 2020 until 25 October 2020 (bookings must be made before 22 September 2020).
Booking fee: A non-refundable fee per person of $1,000.00 is included in the package at the time of booking. This is non-refundable within 7 days of booking.
Cancellation fees: In addition to the non-refundable booking fee of $1,000 per person, further cancellation fees are as follows; prior to 8th September 2020, cancellation charge 50% of total experience fee (50% of $25,000 per couple); after 22nd September 2020, cancellation charge 90% of total experience fee (90% of $25,000 per couple), at the discretion of OneLux
Government: If due to government restrictions this trip is not accessible due to border closure or business restrictions, an alternative date will be scheduled inside of 6 months from the date of this trip. While every effort will be made to suit customers if they are not in a position to travel on the new date they will have access to the value of the package less the booking fee or credit to the value on an upcoming experience.

Accommodation: Packages are valid for two people twin share.
Maximum Room Capacity:  The maximum room capacity is two people.
Extra Guest Policy: There are no guests available within this package.
Under 18s Policy: This package is restricted for people aged 18 and above only.
Connecting room / share not available.
Nights must be used consecutively within the package advertised.
All activities and services are subject to availability, weather and safety which is the priority for our customers.
Weight restrictions apply to Helicopter activities.
All discounts and inclusions cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer, are redeemable only within the experience period, are not valid during blackout dates and unused credit is not redeemable for cash. All activities and services are subject to availability.
Safety is the highest priority for OneLux Experience Luxury and planned maintenance is an essential part of that. While our partners take every measure to plan and reduce impact of maintenance if this arises an equal or alternative activities, aviation, or vehicle will be arranged.
Luxury transport vehicle classes may change based on availability.
