St Patrick’s Day is always a special one at The Craft Irish Whiskey Co., and as people have come to expect, we don’t do things by halves any day of the year, let alone this one. So this year we marked our favourite day. We are delighted to celebrate our partnership with OneLux and bring Craft Irish Whiskey Co. to Australia. We are delighted to host this exclusive dinner at the legendary QUAY restaurant. A restaurant that Chef Peter Gilmore's venue featured in the 50 Best.
A PRIVATE DINNER AND TASTING
As the sun sets on the dress circle of Sydney Harbor you will join a group of 16 guests on a night of nights with the QUAY team celebrating the arrival of The Craft Irish Whiskey to Australia.

After being welcomed by Andrew Shand, CEO of OneLux and a welcome cocktail on arrival, guests will be seated in the private dining room to enjoy a signature 6-course menu custom-made by Peter and his team. Beverage Director, Amana Yallop will match every course with a spectacular beverage. This super rare occasion is sure to inspire and delight every guest.

Saving the best for last, guests will be led through a tasting of The Taoscán by Head of Commercial Trade and Partnerships, Rosie Dawson.
