COVID-19 Restrictions

1. What if the trip is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions?

If due to government restrictions this trip is not accessible due to border closure or business restrictions, an alternative date will be scheduled inside of 6 months from the date of this trip. While every effort will be made to suit customers if they are not in a position to travel on the new date they will have access to the value of the package less the booking fee or credit to the value on an upcoming experience.

2. Do you have a COVID Safe plan?

Flare Creative (the team behind OneLux) are a registered COVID Safe business. The company has a stringent COVID Safe plan in place to be able to offer safe experiences for our guests and staff and as such will enforce certain requirements during the weekend to ensure the safety of yourself and others around you. Details of all COVID Safe requirements will be circulated in advance of your trip.

3. How will COVID restrictions affect this trip?

The regulations around certain activities in SA are constantly changing. The team at OneLux are in regular communication with the businesses and activities organised on this trip, and are working hard to ensure your experience can go ahead as planned. However, new restrictions may affect the itinerary and it is subject to change.

4. What happens if one of the activities decides to close or is affected due to COVID? 

If the restrictions change at one of the organised activities, OneLux will endeavour to ensure that your experience is as premium as possible. You will be notified of any changes to the proposed itinerary in advance, and suitably reimbursed as required.


Cancellation/Booking changes

1. Am I able to change the date of my experience? 

This experience is scheduled for the 23-25 October weekend only. If you are unable to make the date of this trip but are still interested in taking part in the weekend please drop us an email at [email protected] and we can discuss future trips

2. What happens if I want to cancel my OneLux experience? 

There is a non-refundable booking fee of $1,000 per person within 7 days of booking.

Further cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Prior to 8th September 2020, cancellation charge 50% of total experience fee (50% of $25,000 per couple)

  • After 22nd September 2020, cancellation charge 90% of total experience fee (90% of $25,000 per couple), at the discretion of OneLux
